MIDNITE Nine to Five 7 playoffs kicks off on Monday, December 12, with 12 teams in the single-elimination bracket. Invited teams slotted into the quarter-finals, while eight group stage teams will face off one round earlier in hopes of progressing towards the $35,000 first-place prize.

Cloud9 members, who had mixed success since assembling their new, European roster, come at a low price considering their favorite status in MIDNITE Nine to Five 7, alongside in-form Gambit.

Endpoint are another team looking to secure a good result and keep their top-30 ranking going into 2021. Among other qualified teams, Patrik "⁠f0rest⁠" Lindberg's Dignitas stand out, as well as Daniel "⁠mertz⁠" Mertz's x6tence.
